Loving a new show .... Have been pulled into yet another UK show called Restoration Man that is hosted by super-cute George Clarke. Clarke is an architect, writer and excellent host helping folks renovate amazing properties. Windmills, mansions, ice houses and even a folly! I didn't know what a folly was till I watched this show.
Talk about fascinating - a folly is a building strictly used as a decoration, having none of the usual purposes of housing". There are many follys in the UK - and even one in North Carolina! We have a folly in Kernersville called Korner's Folly.
Loving some new tunes.... I've been addicted to listening to Kate Nash ... I heard her perform live on BBC Radio1's big weekend. She was fan-tab-ulous!!!! So I bought her albums and they are in fervent rotation. Especially the one that debuted in April.

Check out her Kiss that Grrl video here. Looks-wise, she reminds me so much of Elsie Flanagan - how wild! Elsie is one of my favorite artists since around 2005/06 when I picked up scrapbooking. I have great taste in coolness folks!
Loving my new job... Sometime in the next few weeks my transition from focusing on our global analytics message to focusing on customer care will be complete. I am so energized and thankful for the opportunity to work with folks on global customer care support. It's not a traditional product marketing role - but then again, I'm used to thinking of things and doing things a bit differently... There's a lot to finish, a lot to hand off and a lot to pick up - - but I love love love our customers.... it's like a dream. I keep pinching myself.
Those are the things I'm loving today - in addition to my super-sweet snoring Gracie-dog and fluffy Nellie. Both are passed out beside me - and this makes me smile.
Musical peace that takes you to blissful places...
